One of my areas of interest is the emotional health and development of infants, young children, and their parents. Since I had my children there has been an explosion of knowledge around the neurobiology of infants, the crucial role of bonding and attachment, the intriguing dance between nature and nurture. So while the first few months of infant care are usually full of focus on feeding, sleep patterns and poop, there are lots of interesting and exciting observations that can highlight how your baby is developing social skills and problem solving as well.
