Whether we are talking total abstinence or harm reduction, whether you’re using a 12 StepProgram or another form of getting healthy – good for you. I understand that for a variety of reasons people get hooked on substances. So often this causes huge problems in life – work, relationships, health, legal. I’ve worked with people getting ready for treatment, going through the hard work of kicking the habit, dealing with the aftermath. Often there are mental health issues, old traumas, regaining custody of children, and learning how to live a sober, satisfying life.
