There are many well-proven forms of therapy, and I’ll help you choose one to suit your personality and comfort level.

We’ll work at the pace you are comfortable with, easing emotional pain and making sense of life’s challenges. I won’t tell you what you should do, I’ll help you find your own wisdom and good judgement in the situation.
